Does Srichai Watch provide after-sales service?

As an Official Rolex and Tudor Retailer, we are authorised to receive your Rolex and Tudor timepieces for servicing at the Rolex Service Centre. Equipped with the requisite expertise and technical proficiency, the staff at the Rolex Service Centre can provide guidance on all aspects of care for Rolex and Tudor watches.

Why must I service my mechanical watch?

A mechanical watch consists of numerous metal components working in harmony, collectively known as the ‘movement.’ Over time, wear and tear, along with the degradation of lubricating oils, can impact its performance and timekeeping precision. To maintain optimal functionality and longevity, regular servicing is highly recommended.

When should I service my watch?

We recommend having your watch serviced at the Rolex Service Centre once every three to five years.

What should I do if my watch requires servicing or repair?

Please bring your watch to an authorised Rolex Service Centre for servicing or repair.

How long does it take to service and repair a watch?

The time frame and costs for watch servicing and repair are determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon receiving your watch at the Rolex Service Centre, your requests will be noted before sending it for examination by a watchmaker. Following that, an estimate of the work required will be provided for your approval before we proceed.

How should I care for my watch on a daily basis?

We recommend that you keep your watch wound regularly, clean it gently with a microfibre cloth, and avoid placing it near highly magnetised gadgets and objects.

What watches does Rolex make?

Rolex offers a range of distinguished and reliable timepieces that are categorised into two main collections: the Professional and Classic models.

Rolex Professional watches are built for adventure and precision. Designed for diving, aviation, exploration, and racing, they are known for their durability, technical innovation, and bold aesthetics. Models in this collection include the Submariner, Cosmograph Daytona, GMT-Master II, Sea-Dweller, Deepsea, Yacht-Master, Explorer, and Air-King.

The Classic watches, on the other hand, reflect elegance, refinement, and craftsmanship. Ideal for both daily and formal wear, they combine design sophistication with uncompromising mechanical performance. Rolex Classic models include the Datejust, Lady-Datejust, Day-Date, Oyster Perpetual, Sky-Dweller, 1908, and the newly introduced Land-Dweller.

What is ‘Rolesor’ and ‘Rolesium’?

Rolex works with a variety of precious metals and alloys to imbue each watch with its distinctive character. Rolesor describes the combination of precious gold and Oystersteel—a high performance steel of grade 904L, produced for Rolex since 1985. You may encounter terms such as white Rolesor and Everose Rolesor to describe certain Rolex models. The former denotes the pairing of 18 ct white gold with Oystersteel, while the latter refers to the pairing of 18 ct Everose gold with Oystersteel.

Based on a similar approach of amalgamating precious metals with steel, Rolesium refers to an alliance of platinum and Oystersteel. Introduced in 1999, Rolesium models are currently available in the Yacht-Master 37 and Yacht-Master 40 collections.
